What pallet grades can I purchase?
We stock Grade A, B, and C used pallets plus new builds. Grade A is like-new, Grade B is reliable with light wear, and Grade C is an economy option.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
No minimum for pickup. For delivery we recommend 50+ pallets to optimize freight costs, but we can deliver smaller loads when needed.
How fast can you deliver pallets?
Same-day pickup is often available. Deliveries within the Charlotte metro typically schedule in 24-48 hours, and we can expedite rush orders.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Pricing scales based on quantity and grade. Share your volume and frequency for the best rates.
Can I get heat-treated pallets for export?
Absolutely. We supply ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets with IPPC stamps and documentation for international shipments.
What sizes are available?
We carry 48x40 GMA and many other sizes such as 42x42, 48x48, and 36x36. Custom dimensions can be built to order.
Do you inspect pallets before delivery?
