Who We Are
Charlotte Pallets is a referral service. We take quote requests from businesses in the Charlotte metro that want to buy, sell, repair, recycle or move pallets, and pass them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and fulfill orders.
What the Quote Form Collects
When you submit a quote request, we collect what you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the quantity, product and service you are interested in, and any message you add.
How Your Request Is Used
Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which routes it to one or more partner suppliers so they can contact you and prepare a quote. We use your information only to handle your request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and Cookies
This site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, are counted without cookies or other storage on their device. The site sets no advertising cookies.
How Long We Keep It
Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and keep reasonable business records, and are then deleted. Partner suppliers who receive your request handle it under their own policies.
Your Choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected] or send a message through the contact form.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
